While spending time homeschooling my children during the pandemic, I created and painted as therapy. I painted a LOT. I began watercolor illustrating homes and buildings. I also started creating collages of cities. As I shared with friends and family, I sought a more efficient way to share and distribute my art to others. I reopened an etc shop that I had paused years ago, and here we are. Those collages have become prints, ornaments, magnets and t-shirts.
Art is creating and exploring, but making it a business is a skill in itself. It is a marriage of both sides of the brain. Every step to grow is a risk and a leap, and this has been a fun process!
