Small towns offer a wonderful way to live in community. Athens, Tennessee is the special town I was privileged to grow up in, and I loved studying buildings that create the background of the community that thrives there past and present.

These notecards highlight buildings that make up the downtown area and the foundation of the city including churches, businesses, the McMinn County courthouse, Arts Center, historic buildings, a building of Tennessee Wesleyan University, The E.G. Fisher Library, and all of the historic Athens City Schools.
