This is a custom order commissioned by a customer painted by photo. This is not a digital file, and it is hand drawn and painted with watercolor. Several sizes are available.

These are painted on 140 lb Arches cold pressed paper.
Homes house our memories and our hearts, and it is a pleasure to work with you to capture those memories in color.

2. Direct Message me so we can work out the details and requests. You will send photos to me in good lighting and with a front angle view of the home in your request.
3. I will send a direct message of a pencil sketch to get your approval before starting to paint.
4. I will finish the painting and get it in the mail to you.
